The context in which an individual lives is of great importance on health status and quality of life. Health is maintained and improved through the advancement and application of health science and through the efforts and suitable lifestyle choices of the individual. Improving physical health, in general can increase mental and emotional well-being. For example, exercise not only strengthens the heart and lungs, but also releases endorphins, powerful chemicals that energies and lift your mood. Furthermore, engaging activities in daily basis and choices you make affect the way a person would feel physically and emotionally. Getting enough sleep and rest is ideal in order to maintain good physical and mental wellbeing. Likewise, exercising will to relieve stress and anxiety while and lifting the mood.
